I guess you can send whenever you want. I was unclear on the first go round and thought it was like a chain and was waiting till I got my card to send and just thought we hadn't gotten to me yet. When I posted asking about it earlier this week, it looked like it passed me right by, so I sent a belated bit of love to the person I was supposed to send to.
