I just read your post to Ellie about a book to take on vacation. You mentioned that you just finished a book that was big and heavy. Well, that reminded me of a time when my husband, who before he died was an avid reader, was reading a book in bed. (he always preferred hard cover books.) One night he fell asleep reading and the book slipped from his hands. It hit me in the eye (woke me up, duh!) and in the am I had a shiner. I had fun explaining how and where I got that one!! :laugh:patty

That's too funny, Patty. Sorry about the shiner, but I was just picturing the scene as described. Maybe I should take my book to bed, lean a little towards my DH and let the book go!
