I was in Walgreen's yesterday and they have their back to school items out on the shelf!!!

It feels like school is just getting done yet... I'm not ready for the back to school run around... and I'm sure my kids aren't either.

Some kids do start back in August, but I know I'm not ready to think about it yet either! We just got done with Marching Band on the 4th!

I know. Our Walmart was unpacking boxes and boxes of stuff today too. It will be here before we know it (end of August for us)

I saw some school glue out at Wally World and I immediately looked away. Our M's has their Halloween junk already. :( Why can't summer be as long as the other 3 seasons. I mean I know it is, but it just doesn't seem hardly long enough.

I feel like we just got out of school. We start again the 20th of Aug. DD starts the 16th. Sigh. I am SO not ready to go back!!

Personally, even when I was in school, I liked that they put it out so early...
Then again, I literally used to own EVERY single style of pen that Wal Mart had....
I guess I just really like school supplies!

Once a worker told me that they can start putting it out as early as June but they (the one I was at) try and wait until July. :huh: What? Is 6 whole months not early enough? I was just there this week and they already had 6 or 7 isles full of Christmas stuff! Geesh.

I got DD registration papers in the mail today for Junior High. They want them back by July 30th. Why do they need the stuff so early??? Can't they just let them enjoy summer. Geeezze.
