yup, it's that time of year when I have my babies Lucky & Zack shaved for the summer. They love it!! gets all the knots off and feels so good. So here they are sporting their new stylish lion cuts.

ohmygoodness, they are ADORABLE!!!

I want to have our fat cat Char shaved, she's not really long haired, just THICK, but she's outside now and I think she looks so hot.

Is it expensive?

I'm sure it's much more cooler without all that thick hair. Less fur balls too!!

I took mine to the vet, they had their rabies shiots and shaved for just under 100.00
so not too bad.

They are so cute, Cindi! But they both look really pissed off! I didn't know you could have cats shaved, did the vet have to sedate them? I know my cat would have to be sedated just to have a bath, so I can imagine shaving her! :mask::nah:

my cats don't have to be sedated. They are 10 and have been shaved every summer, they are old pros! they will sedate kittys if they have to. Mine are just used to it. and really they are very happy!

Cindi...this is great. They look so cool but the one in the car looks really mad and the one in the window looks like he's pouting with his little bottom lip sticking out. I love it!

this is just to funny l love it, l will have to share these with my daughter she has 2 kittens and l have told her to shave them for the summer, she said no one every would do that mom LOL thanks, this proves l'm not crazy LOL so funny thank you, thank you.

( My mil has miniature Pekingese dogs and she does this to them in the summer but, i didn't know you could do it to a cat...) hmmm,

OMG, that is the funniest thing I have ever seen. They do look MAD!!! I don't think Jacks hair is long enough to save. I do vacuum him tho. He loves it. Makes me feel like it's a little less hair to shed.

OMG they are too cute! I have a long haired little kitty and I bet she would love to be cooler, but she would turn into psycho cat if the buzzers came near her. She gets spooked by my electric toothbrush!

I've never heard of shaving cats. They look mad though. At least hair grows back. Tee hee.
