I discovered a new way to color with my twinkling H20's tonight quite by accident. I was moving some stuff around on the shelf above my work area and I had one of my fantastix blenders fall into my H20 pot that I had watered and was waiting to use. I was kind of mad at myself, but then I thought hey why not, and I was amazed at how much better I could control the color, than with a brush. Also I tried to wash it out afterward and it worked. So I now have a new way to color with them. Just thought I would share.

I'll have to give that a try! I bet it is easier to use then a brush because the blender pen's tip is stiffer! Thanks for the tip.

To answer the couple of questions. Yes I picked up the color with the blender. A fantastix blender is a small stub like blender tool they are made by Tsukineko. I get mine off of ebay. They come in brush and blunt ends. This happened to be a brush end I dropped by accident. But I think the blunts would work too for larger areas. I was really mad when I did it because they are white and I didn't think the H2O's would wash out of it with water but they did. I normally use them with my CTMH ink pads to pick up touches of color when I want to fill in an image and then wash them out with water when I am done. They last a long time, so I was pretty jazzed this worked.

Super idea - thanks for moving some stuff around and discovering this! I have a full spool of dark green grossgrain ribbon that is very soggy as I was working on the Kitchen bar and it fell into Bentley's water dish. I don't see a new discovery from my 'accident' other than I need to move the water dish to the other side of the kitchen!
