We have received 21 applications for positions on our upcoming Creative Team. Wowsers! This is going to be a very hard decision for us as we can only choose four people. :eek:

Deborah and I are going over the applications this weekend and we should be able to render our decision sometime on Monday.

Wow! That's a lot of applications. I wouldn't want your job - it's like conducting a job interview without meeting the candidates! Do take time for yourselves over the weekend too :)

maybe you could change your original plan and have 3 teams of 5 people and 1 team of 6 -- and assign them a 3-month quarter.

Deb and I agree - we have a fabulous team lined up. But, I cannot reveal it just yet! I have to first put my groceries away and then I have to email each of the four team members to let them know first. After that is done, I will post the names of our new Creative Team publicly!

Give me an hour or so :)
