One of the waterproofing people came by today. He was incredibly nice & gave us an estimate of $650. They will NOT have to tear up the wall (unless we want him to) and hopefully will be able to get it done w/in the next 2 weeks. I think we're going to go w/him.
The other guy who were scheduled for today called & said he had an emergency dentist visit & will come tomorrow (I told dh he should have just cancelled the whole thing) I don't think this guy is very professional based on the 2 phone calls that dh took (I'm just going on what dh said he said).
The other 2 companies want to install some sort of inground guttering & sump pump. A little over the top I think for just a crack that has only leaked once in 13 years!!!
Hopefully, we'll get it all scheduled & may get it done before Oct. Yea!
