double punch?

whats the different uses for the tiny circle double punch and the rectangel double punch, all i know is that you can put ribbon throught the holes?

The round buckle and square buckle punch is what I think you are referring to. Ribbon through them is all I've ever seen.

I have that punch also and it just kind of sits there and gets used once in a while. I hope someone has some good uses for it.
