I love trying new recipes.
I thought of an idea. What if , any one of us has cookbooks that they are using that they would suggest to get to help us get those extra pounds off. They have found some great recipes using this particular cookbook/cookbooks.
If you do get the cookbook, then you can ask whomever recommended the book, what recipes they've tried, and if you try any out of the recommended book, you can tell us what recipe that you have tried. I have tried to get the books out of my local library first to see if what I am looking for. Then once I have decided to get the book, I either go on amazon.com, half.com or ebay, to pay a reduced cost of the book, I don't mind a used copy. Here is my recommendations:
Mr.Foods Quick and Easy Diabetic Cooking by Art Ginsburg
Fix-It and Forget it Lightly- Phyliss Pellman Good
Better Homes and Garden-New Dieter's Cookbook-1997 edition
