Whoopsie Daisy!

I'm no expert on this... just tried it out this afternoon. But Mary was asking a few questions and I thought that a visual might be useful.

If anyone else has any input or suggestions or something that they do that is different from what I am showing, please feel free to jump in!

And this is the first time I am showing a "step-by-step" display of a technique / project, so please forgive me if it's not clear.

step-by-step:

and here's the first ornament I made with copper metal mixative added to the3 colors (Cranberry, Lettuce, and Eggplant):

If you don't like your results, just take a kleenex or paper towel, squirt some Alcohol Blending Solution on it, and wipe off your ornament!

Thanks Jane! Here is my finished ornament http://twopeasinabucket.kaboose.com/pg.asp?gallery=3&cmd=display&layout_id=1031215

Maybe I didn't have enough ink on my pad, I'm not sure. I was not getting the kind of coverage I see in your pics. I ended up just kind of dropping some ink on the ball and twirling it around. Then I added some blending solution when it seemed too much like a straight line. I still wasn't happy with it at all until I squirted some green ink inside the ball. That seemed to give it some life.
