a while back i posted that i had ripped two of my ctmh stamps the first time i tried to use them, and the reply came back that they have a replacement policy and my demo could mail them back...
so she did,
( in the mean time shes just had baby no.4) so,
my mil who lives closer to her then i do found a "good" time to go visit her, and to our shock they replaced the whole set! ( not just the two ripped ones)
WOW eh? i thought that was pretty great!
