Anyone interested in doing this?

I dont know about the rest of you, but seeing blank holes in the schedule would modivate me to do it that day ;)
Especially knowing that the rest of you looking at what I might not be doing :laugh:
Anyone want to try it?
I wont be starting until Wed since my dad doesnt leave until Tues, but then I plan on working out 5-6 days a week and setting a 3lb/week goal until May.
Spark People (http://www.sparkpeople.com/) is also a really good website to input what you are eating and keeping track that way :)
