Put roast in crockpot.
Sprinkle with garlic. (If using fresh garlic, cut slits in roast and push garlic in them)
Pour mushroom soup over roast.
Pour Worcestershire sauce over soup.
Sprinkle dry soup mix on top.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.

Oh my gosh this is my kind of meal!! Thanks for the tips. I always have tons of deer roasts but hate to cook the darn things as they take so long. This is fix and forget, I love it!!

I am very sensitive to salt, so I will try this with reduced sodium canned soup, and no extra salt.. I'll bet df will LOVE it!
thanks

Cindi, I usually don't use salt as I'm cooking so this recipe will still be good without it!

Let me know if any of you try it! This is the only way I make roast anymore, LOVE it!

what kind of meat do you use? beef or lamb? I think my lot would like this since the weather is getting cooler.

Yes, I used to make this recipe every Sunday, with Mashed Taters & Gravy.. I would rotate between a Beef Roast & a Pork Roast..works every time!!
