I recently bought the personalized M&Ms for my Mom for Christmas. She plays a lot of bridge and I thought the ladies would get a kick out of them.
Well, they arrived -- and at least 1/3 of them were chipped! (They arrive in clear cello bags). The presentation was not what I hoped. I sent an e-mail to their customer service department -- I'll keep you posted.
I'll be really disappointed if they don't do something about this. Those darn M&Ms cost about $50 with shipping!
