Even though the weather all over is getting colder and colder, don't let exercise slip from your weight loss program!:nah:
Bundle up and go for a walk! REALLY! Just do it. Take your dog, your husband, your significant other, pull your children on their sled... just get out and walk if you can't go to an indoor gym. As long as you are dressed for it you'll still reap the benefits of fresh air, movement and renewed energy, not to mention the calories you are burning.
