Does anyone have a flat or horizontal storage system for their paper?? I have those plastic paper holders but, they are vertical and I'm seeing the paper is getting a little bent on the ends. I want ones like they have at Archiver's or M's or where ever they display paper flat. KWIM?? Anyone know where to get this type of paper storage fairly cheap??? TIA

Chelsea, do they hold 12 x 12 sheets and about how many sheets do they hold per cube?? And, finally, where in HL did you find them???

Thanks!!!

Someone sent me two storage suggestions for my stamping room mess. Here's one of the ideas (http://stampsandsmiles.typepad.com/stamps_and_smiles/2008/05/see-whatcha-got.html) - on someone's blog. I can't find the second email - which I liked better but if I do I will post it for you. I can't wait to see what other suggestions everyone comes up with. I need a storage solution too.

Just a FYI: I just ordered a 12 x 12 set of trays from Scrapbook.com that I hope are what I was looking for. I'll give a product review once they are here and I try them out. :)

SHOOT!!! I wish I had seen this earlier since I paid $60 for a pkg. of 10 flat lip ones from Scrapbook.com. They make a roller piece for them as well but, I think these stackable trays will fit on my bookshelves once I remove my old vertical storage.

this is what i have, i had one of those walmart cubes put together with the plastic ties... and it was about waist high, and it collapsed under the weight of the paper... so my DH made this, and used the cube pieces as the trays...

Cathi-

This is what I have

http://www.organize-it-online.com/itm_paperstorage.html?cmpid=Froogle

I like them ... I have 2 next to each other. On each shelf you can probably fit 50-100 pieces of 12x12

Again I got mine at Hobby Lobby ... with the 40% off coupon you can get them for around $30.

Hope that helps!

I have a literature organizer from office supply stores- ex: Staples, Office Max
It has 48 slots that separate paper in by color. It does NOT hold 12x12- 8.5x11 is designed for-I have 12x12 in those vertical plastic things, and a scrap cart that has hanging folders and shelves (AC Moore) made by the same people that do the paper cubes.
I have far more paper that is 8.5X11 than 12x12 I think.
Anyway works good for me as I can see the color and grab a sheet fast.
