Update on the homefront..

After a full day househunting i can confirm we placed an offer on another property that has been accepted. The other good news is no repairs are needed all the works have been done with certificates and gurantees to prove and on top of this it was cheaper too with 3 bedrooms not 2 so the best news is I get a craft room to myself again :laugh::laugh: and the cat keeps his own bedroom lol:v_SPIN:. Not my dream home but at least a home :)

Date of moving is to be the 9th so everything is just literaly still porting over and no delays most of all..yippeeeeeeeeeeee xxx

Yea Sue, glad you will not have to share your craft room with the cat (LOL).
Saved money, got more room and does need imediate work- what a find.
How far away are you moving-don't forget to update your address once you are ready to go. Sounds like a perfect home!
