This is a Japanese dish and is very yummy!!!!!!
Gyoza Skins- I can't ever find these so I use Wonton Wraps/Skins
1 pound ground pork
4 cabbage leaves
4 green onions
1 clove garlic, minced
1 inch fresh gingerroot, grated (i use powdered ginger)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 dash soy sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Dice your green onions and cabbage leaves very fine. Mix all the ingredients except the 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Fill each of your wonton skins with one tablespoon of the pork mixture. Wet the edges of the wonton skin with water and fold over to seal. Place the gyoza in a lightly oiled pan and brown. Once they are brown add just enough water to cover the bottoms of the gyoza, place lid on pan and steam until all water is gone. Serve with soy sauce!
Vinegar Soysauce: equal parts of soy sauce and rice wine vinegar and add a few drops of rayu(red pepper oil)
