Can the challenge card be an ATC?

I am still learning, and i tried out the lemon juice technique, but i made an ATC. Is it ok to post it in the challenge spot? Or does it need to be a full card?

it can be anything you want, even an altered item
The idea is to just try out new ideas and share them with us.
