Here is a link to the torn paper technique I used on my black eyed susan card. A photo is worth 1000 words. It really is very simple and quite colourful too!

around the edge of each entire image. Stamp in black on three different colours of paper. TEAR sections from TWO of the colours and then line them up on the third colour and glue them down. Once you've decided your arrangement of colours is complete and have it glued down you just trim around the entire edge and mat and finish as desired.

If you look at the top of mine you can see a spot where I didn't quite have it perfectly aligned.

This is similar in a way to matching the reverse images we were doing a few weeks ago in that you stamp the same image on different papers and then line them up.

Hey I think even "I" can do this technique. I definitely want to try it. I just love the outcome of it.
