Has anyone seen the new "veggie dresses" stamps? They are absolutely adorable! :D I saw the images at the Greensboro Stamp Convention, but the vendor's order didn't come in time for the convention so I was unable to purchase any of these stamps. :(

Does anyone have them? I don't even know who makes them. ARGH! I want some.

I think they are brand new, hot off the rubber press stamps. SO CUTE! Who'da thunk an asparagas dress would be so fun!! Also corn, pumpkin....you have to see them. Can anyone find a site that sells them?

I've found a site with a picture gallery and at least the first two pictures are of 'veggie dresses'. Hope we can find out more cause they do look very cute and have now gone on my list of "need to have".

Check it out.

Also found this list and, Jennifer, your name is on that list. Check this out, too.

Yes, I knew that they showed them at Cat's Cupboard, but she doesn't list the manufacterer. I'll probably just order them from her. I saw them at the NC convention a couple weeks ago but the vendor only had images, not the actual stamps. Her order didn't come in.

This site, Cat's Cupboard, is part of justjohanna. It is a really neat shop, by all appearances. On both the Justjohanna and Cat's Cupboard they announced the new DT members.

I was hoping, though, to find a site that listed all of the veggie dresses. I know there are more than what Cat shows at her shop.

Thanks for you search!

Those look sort of like stamps from the Lockhart Stamp Co.

You are SO RIGHT! OMG! There goes the checkbook! AGAIN!

I just love these dresses. Thanks so much for telling me about Lockhart Stamp company. It wasn't one I'd heard of before!

I'm always up for enabling others :)

This is the company that manufactures the Veggie Dresses and others.

You can also buy them through Cat's Craft Cupboard and she taks PayPal.
Just send her a list of what you want and she'll get them for you.

Always happy to be of service.

The lockhart site is fabulous! I love all of the stamps...even the ones I was looking for. Hmmmmm....I'm going to have to be careful of your enabling skills. :D

Oooohhh and Jane! The link to splitcoast. Aren't those cards gorgeous? Yes, those are the stamps. I'm kicking myself so hard that I didn't order from the lady in NC. But...where there is a will there is a means to get what I want!

Oh! And the Veggie Couture is so "ooh la la!"

Did y'all see the veggie pin that EllenH made?
Check it out!

Too cute!

Oh Jane! This is such a cool pin! I am loving these stamps more and more.

That pin is adorable. I need to know how to make it, not that I would. But, I also collect recipe books and don't cook! So, there you go.

if you do a lot of recipe cards or food related items.

I've never tried my hand with shrink plastic. The pin turned out fabulous!

See! We NEED these stamps! It is no longer a WANT. Right? Can we convince the DH of this?

These stamps are just to die for and that pin is just too cute. Would it be a bad thing not to buy Christmas gifts this year except for myself of course:p

I'd just as soon pick my stamps from everyone! :D

Did you see these in NC at the convention? The vendor said her order didn't come in in time for the convention but she had the images displayed. I fell in love with these then but everything from Lockhart rubber stamps is wonderful!!

10-11-2006, 03:50 PM
and I remember thinking how cute they were but wondered why they didn't have any stamps. I figured they had sold out... Very cute.

Are you going to order any? Its hard to figure out which one I like best, they are all very different!

I wish I had ordered them from her at the convention. I was not thinking straight at the time! To much shopping on the brain! LOL:rolleyes:

You can also see the dresses on Ellen Hutson's blog which is here

Ellen's blog (http://ellenhutson.typepad.com/ellen_hutson_simple_dream/)

She sells them but if you go back through the posts she will see the cards she has made.
I have the snowglobe stamp Nicholas and Daddy and it is absolutely gorgeous.

My card (http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto.php?photo=368579&cat=500&ppuser=35974)
