I am making one of those "Friendship" Breads, where you add a couple things over 10 days before you divide it again and bake it...anyway, the recipe calls for a box of vanilla instant pudding and all I have is pistachio. Do you think it will be ok? I'm too lazy to go out to the store and I hate to throw it out after spending all that time on it. The oven is all preheated and everything!!! I think I'm going to try it, what do you all think?

Yes, if you use pistachio pudding! I just tasted the small loaf and it's DELICIOUS! I'm really glad I didn't have vanilla pudding. :)

LOL Sarah!! It did taste great. I love those "accidents" that turn out better than the original plan.

I love friendship bread and never turn down starter. I glanced at this message last night and misread it and thought you were making friendship beads, like for a bracelet! Since I didn't know about that I didn't open the message. Glad it worked out ok.
