This is super easy recipe and very yummy!!!
4 cups instant rice
4 cups water
16 oz block velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
a little milk
shred cheese
10 frozen broccoli
Bring your rice to a boil and add your rice; cover and let stand for 5-7 mins.
Add soups to pan with cheese and a tad of milk and stir until cheese is melted.
Add your broccoli to the melted cheese; mix well.
Once your rice is done mix it all together well and pour into a 10" round pan and sprinkle with shred cheese.
Cook at 350 for 20-30 mins.
