:cry2: Boo Hoo.

Enough whining for me. I worked out extra hard this morning. Thank God Christmas is over!!! At least I only have ONE party to go to for New Year's instead of five!!!

You've done amazing these past few months and who knows...it very well could be water weight or any number of things. Just keep on as you have been. I think 1 pound is nothing to worry about as long as you are back on track.

Hmmmm....now I have to go and get weighed in and find out how many mulitiple pounds I've gained! boo hoo......

oh! Good news! It's not quite as bad as I thought. I guess I forgot what I weighed last week. I just went in and logged my weight on WW, and I only gained 9/10 of a pound!!! LOL--- I was thinking it was actually 1.2 lbs but it said .9 --- woo hoo!

Hey! I'll take what I can get!!!

Hey, 9/10 of a pound is pretty darn good with the holidays and all. I am still scared to weigh so I am not gonna do it till I join back at WW next week. I guess I will go back on Wednesdays to the noon meetings. that worked good the first time.

I think the average person gains 5 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Years, so you are doing fantastic! Just hop right back in and you'll be down in no time.
