Just wondering if anyone has had trouble ordering

from Hanna Stamps. I placed an order on the 3rd of March, I received it on the 11th. I was shorted my Copic Markers. I emailed them on the 11th and was told they would go out the next "AM", well here it is the 27th and still no Copic Markers. I have emailed several times asking if they have shipped if so when. I didn't get a reply until I emailed on the 25th and told them their customer service was pathetic. They finally emailed me back, "sorry you think our customer service is bad we mailed your markers." Didn't say when, and I still don't have them. This isn't the first time I have had problems....Anyone else ever have a problem?

I have never had a problem with Hanna Stamps and I have ordered many Rileys from them. I wonder if they have been out of town?! I don't know.

Yeah I don't know, I've had good service from them.

I've never ordered from them, and I'm not inclined to after reading this post.

I've only ordered once. They didn't have the Riley I wanted unmounted so they sent me the mounted one at no addt'l cost. I thought that was VERY nice!! I seem to remember getting mine really fast!
