Hi just got the PC covered baker and had a great list of recipes. I was planning on making the one tonight, but it is in my work email. UGH> Does anyone have a recipe for this baker that is pork chops that you lay over rice packets and bake in the oven. That's all I can remember about it. tia

I don't know if this is exactly what you need, but I've had this site in my favorites for awhile now http://www.razzledazzlerecipes.com/pampered-chef-recipes/index.htm It is tons of PC recipes. Maybe you will find what you need.

Found it.Thanks girls. It was simple..
You take a packet of Uncle Ben's or other rice pilaf or flavored rice. Put in on the bottom of the baker and add the water called for on the package. Then lay pork chops on top and sprinkle with the seasoning from rice pkt. Bake at 350 for 1-2 hours. I have it in the oven now. Yum Yum.
