In the "sketch" set of Copic markers, does anyone know the difference between 100 Black and 110 Special Black? I have the 100 Black but was wondering if anyone tried the 110 and what the difference was. Thanks

Nope, I don't own a black. I just use the darker shades of gray.

I know that AMuse chose the special black for their selections, but I have them both and if I notice anything, I think the special black might be a bit lighter black.
I could be wrong.
Hardly ever need black anyway!

I have both and if you put them side by side one has a slight shine to it. That would be the special black. But if they were in an image alone I don't think you could tell the different at an arms length. I only have both because some purchased the one for me as a gift and didn't realize I already had black. Since it was different I didn't take it back. You might ask on Marianne's blog she might be able to tell you the real difference, there might be something else I am missing about it.

The "100" is a "true" deep blue-black and the "110"is a slightly neutral gray-black.

Truthfully, I don't really use the black copics. The "100" completely covers the black lines of the image and it winds up just looking like a "big, black blob" of nothing. I use various shades of gray, instead.
