Well I should call it a walk/jog combo, but the good news is that I didn't get last place! It was fun and my legs are tired but I feel good!

Yes, it was a fundraiser for our church's City Kids ministry. They've been doing it for about a decade. Good time!

Congrats. I have been a runner for years, started in the 80's, and it is addictive - I have run four marathons and a bunch of 5 K and 10 K's, I have slowed down in the last 5 years and now I walk and run just a little. We did a 10 K today here for fighting drug abuse in teenagers. Makes you feel good!
