Ok what will you do today? I plan to walk again, maybe 40 minutes instead of 35. Certainly I can do 5 more minutes right? If I had a few more minutes I can eat 1 more point so that would make it 23 points. And I know I lose more when i walk more and I eat more so let's:

Move to lose .... move to lose ... move to lose !!!

I am not even sore this morning so I gotta walk more ....

Yep, got my workout in. I rotated between the treadmill, bike and elliptical this morning for about 50 minutes. ALthough I wanted to keep moving as fast as possible between the machines and almost fell off the treadmill!!

I'm so impressed Laura. Wish I could be an early bird too. Just not in me...but, I do plan to do a little hula-hooping and some walking on the treadmill later this evening.

Good luck to you all today. Let's do it!

Goodness, are we gonna do this EVERY DAY? I think I'm gonna do a workout video today then. No fishtank trash to look at today. Oh I had a dream about fishtanks by the way!

Hooray for everyone! I'm going to walk today at lunch. There is a good quiet place not far from my workplace and it's a 2 mile circle so I'll be out there pounding cement around 1ish today. :)

Wow thanks for all the inspiration girls. I really need it because I'm sort of breaking down. I really like all this encouragement.

For me I have to walk at least 5 days a week. If i skip a day here and a day there, especially in the beginning then I quit altogether. I USED to walk 6 miles a day and I was in the best shape. I am so out of shape now I can't stand it plus I am getting ready to go up a size and i do not want to do that so I gotta walk to lose ....

OMG - I will stop right now if I am going to look like R. Simmons at the end. HA

That is too funny!!

I did just get back from 40 minutes walking. Ladybug is pooped out. I almost didn't think she would make it back up the driveway.hA

I spent 20 minutes yesterday on the rebounder. I will do 25 today and add some sit-ups. I really like being accountable for this every day :) I am still getting over being sick, so I'm starting slowly.

Move it, move it, move it..That's all I've been doing. I was reaching and stretching to the lights outside off the trees. Then going up and down stairs to put the decorations away. I need water, or I need to sit down. Anyways, it feels good. Kim

I walked my normal "loop" for 50 minutes and then walked to the park, played on the swingset and then walked home. It probably added 15 more minutes to my total walk time. :) We had really nice weather today.

I did what I said I would....25 min on rebounder, 125 crunches, and then I went to Curves tonight. I'll probably be sore tomorrow, but it felt good to move!
