I bought a package of 3 pie crusts (regular ones) I used two of them.
I make a dessert pie with the last one. Can anyone help me?

what about an open face pie, like chocolate or coconut cream? or a fruit pie with a crumb topping?

the easiest pie is to take chocolate pudding, the just add milk kind, and pour it in and let it set! yum!!!!

Mrs Fence just made one last week, maybe you can ask her for her recipe, but I'm sure the ones you found will be fine.

When I looked up the recipe on another site , it was the same recipe. It's from the very best baking site. I've made recipes from this site before and didn't have any problems.

If I had the energy now, I'd make it now, but I'll wait.

The recipe reminds me of chocolate chip cookies!

Keylime Pie

1 pie crust
1 16 oz sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks
4 oz keylime juice
8 oz Cool Whip

Mix together milk, yolks, and keylime juice. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Let cool. Add Cool Whip, chill for several hours.

Key Lime pie with no baking involved! Even easier and is so good.

1 10" graham cracker crust
1 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 C lime juice
16 oz. Cool Whip

Mix milk & lime juice. Fold in Cool Whip, mix until smooth. Pour into crust, refrigerate at elast 1 hour.

I make this with whatever size crust I have on hand, usually smaller than 10" and I am sure I don't use 16 oz of Cool Whip. If you use the regular size crust and a 12 oz. Cool Whip, it's still a pretty full pie. I call this the Mile High Key Lime pie. I think this my bff's favorite dessert, she even likes it better than regular Key Lime pie.

And I needed a snack and found a box of instant chocolate pudding. When will I learn that my reflux does NOT like when I eat right before bed, especially chocolate?? :goofy:
