I have this cooking in the oven as I type this.
I have made this recipe before, so I feel comfortable sharing the recipe.

The differences I made to the recipe, is that I don't use salt in my cooking ,
I didn't include nuts and I used 4 bananas. I like a real strong banana flavor, and I had four bananas that were really ripe and needed to be used up.
