I would like to make a few matchbooks for quite a few people that I met at the gym but don't want to put chocolate or any kind of candy inside. Besides a notepad, are there any other suggestions I could use? Thanks

would sugar free gum fit in there? or maybe even just a decorated tag saying happy holidays? I'll keep thinking
:)

I'll have to check on the sugar free gum -- it's a good idea but keep thinking.

Lip balm fit perfectly... you can put tree of those side to side... it's calories free! :)

what about those powdered sugar free drink mixes that you add to a bottle of water?

Some great ideas, girls. Keep them coming.

I wonder if I could fit a sugar-free hot cocoa mix in the matchbox. I'll have to try one or maybe adjust the dimensions to fit the mix.

All great ideas, also thinking you could buy a big container of epsom salts and then package them up into little ziplocks with instructions or a cute saying about bath salts. It's a nice way to pamper yourself and soak away the sore muscles.

Tammy, what an excellent idea for people at the gym. I love this idea.

In fact you girls have helped tremendously. I like all the ideas and I'm going to print this out for future use but before I do that, I'll have to decide and work on some of them. Thanks so much.

Hand Sanitizer is also something useful for folks on the run.

Not so healthy but I see McDonalds is doing a whole series of ticket like gift certificates for $3.00 ...some for a drink would be fun to repackage in a matchbook.
