View Full Version : Did you know you can mix equal parts of flour and salt to make frosting on a card?

When we were kids we made glue this way- I never would have thought about it in place of the puffy stuff we buy for snow etc...Looks pretty simple tho-Let us know how it turns out for you.

I have made this with my kids at school. It lasts a long time. We made it in empty sauce squirter bottles and then used it to write names with. It lasted all year on the pin up board. It really did dry like puffy paint too.

Wow!!! This I gotta try! As long as we're making Christmas cards for "this coming Christmas". I think I should wait for a few months so it will still be fresh when Christmas comes. Thanks, Sherri
