That site looks cool! I'm always looking for new quick'n'easy recipes. I want to spend as LITTLE time as possible in the kitchen. They also gotta be economical and contain what I call "normal" ingredients, lol. Pretty hard to please huh. ;)

BUT I just won this (http://www.amazon.com/Make-Ahead-Meals-Busy-Moms/dp/1432720864/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1262893056&sr=8-1) cookbook from a cooking blog I follow and it is AWESOME! Can't wait to try some of the recipes in there. The author, Jane, even hand wrote a note to me on paper which I taped to the inside front cover, lol.

I too like simple and easy meals. Have you tried anything in the cookbook that you won? Let us know, if it's a book worth getting. I remember hearing or reading about that book . I may see if I can find it at my local library.
