Just wondering if anyone has one of these (http://www.impressrubberstamps.com/miva/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=Bow_Maker&Category_Code=) and what they think of it. I tie the uglest bows ever and was thinking about investing in this tool. I would like to hear some feedback if any of you have it or have tried it.

I haven't, but I tie pretty ugly bows myself. I'll be anxious to see if anyone has tried it myself.

I have one and I love it. I have to admit, the written instructions are not great. I had to watch the you-tube video and that made more sense. Here is card on my blog (http://blueangelcreates.blogspot.com/2009/09/tuesday-triplets.html)that shows a triple bow! I could never have tied this withouth the bow easy.

I fall into the 'tie a terrible bow category' and may need one of these. I love your triple bow. Hmmm ... to order one or not ...

Beautiful job on the bow! I don't have the bow maker you show, but I bought the bowdabra--don''t bother with that one. I like yours better.

I have one, not terribly expensive, I am not a good bow maker but like Cheri the instructions that came with were not good. I watched Gina K use it and it makes more sense now. I don't use it very often tho.

Oh great bow Cheri!

I have one too. The Gina K video is very good. The written instructions are not!

The Bow Easy is FABULOUS! I've had mine since last fall, and use it for every single bow I make now. You'll LOVE it, and once you get the hang of it, you'll be whippin' out those bows perfectly every time! I used to use the "fork bow" method, which was to use a large salad fork in much the same way as the bow easy is used, but the bow easy is a delight to use!!

I like THIS (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75gcG1AsX54&feature=channel)tutorial from Suzanne Dean. I thought it was easier then other tutorials I've seen. I have one too but, I don't use it very often b/c I forget it's there! LOL

I bought one in a stamping store and the clerk showed me how to make a perfect bow. I made several before I left the store -- hummed all the way home. Haven't been able to make one since. I've watched Gina K's video with ribbon in my hand and still couldn't figure it out... Maybe someone can show me again at Palooza!!!

I have both the small and large Bow Easy and I love them. I got the small one on eBay for $6 and the larger one on eBay for $12, both with free shipping.

I've got one, but I don't use it often enough to remember how to do it. I'm going to be checking out these tutorials myself. Thanks!

Christie-
Here is a blog that shows you how to make bow makers from chipboard as well as how to use them. It is half way down the page. Look for her October 12th post as well as her October 19th post. Hope this helps.

I love my Bow Maker!! Funny this is that I had it for a long time and didn't use it. Then I saw Gina K's video and now it stays on my desk where I can use it any time. And I do use it a lot! It is not expensive either.

I have Bow easy and the instructions I will say just plain sucked!!!! I looked at videos but still have not used it. I am liking my bows lately because I have been using bunny ears with the left over the right then pulling it through. You just have to keep working it some until you get it how you like. But my favorite thing in doing my bows is to tie them off the spool. I just gather the ribbon and tie the bow in my hand then attach to the card!
