I had a friend request a jelly bean valentine card. I stamped the jar onto a transparency and then stamped the jelly beans, cut them out and then wrote on most of them to make them look like conversation hearts. BUT my card is missing something.. Please help me, I have to mail this card tomorrow and I am so frustrated trying to make it work.
Here is it (http://stamp-shack.com/photopost/showfull.php?photo=24991)

Very cute. I think it could use some embellishments. Think about the jar of beans as if you were actually giving it as a gift. Gift jars almost always have ribbon tied around the lid, so put a pretty ribbon and bow on that lid.

Jellybeans are shiny, so maybe add some gloss to those beans. Got any glossy accents?

Maybe stamp a sentiment and mat it on some coordinating papers and paste above. Maybe even at the top of the jar?

I love it so far. I would fill the jar with the beans/hearts. Add a ribbon around the top--maybe a few witty words as an accent. The glassy accent is a good idea--if not the beans, how about the outside of the jar so it looks like a glass jar. Then I think you're good to go!!

Really cute card already, but I think a ribbon around the jar lid will finish it off perfectly!

I'm thinking the same thing as Charityhand...and the rest of the comments...A ribbon around the lip of the jar with a tag hanging from it. That will finish it off!

Thank you all. I did put a small ribbon so it looks like it is around the opening of the jar and then it has a little bow, It looks perfect now.
