Yes it is a workout-because it was a workout for those 2 guys too. I am always amazed at the aging process of these guys from the 60's and 70's. They sure sounded pretty good and the lights were amazing-just not long enough.

No Paula is from the orignal CSI Las Vegas and it was awesome My 7 month old niece was even dancing to them with grandma's help, By the way The Who sings one of Bella's favorite songs "reign on me" Doesn't a 7 month old have good taste LOL
