Has anyone tried to use the copic Markers on their stamps. Similiar to using the Su or CTMH markers? I am curious with the Copics being alcohol based if it would cause problems?

LOL you all are so funny. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, you can't stamp with Copic markers because unlike other markers (water based) they are alcohol and therefore will dry instantly as intended.

Carri..I have done this with my prisma alcohol ink markers..you just have to be very qick..it won't work with multiple colors on one image but for block type images it does work,..again, you must be quick

It does dry out the rubber over time.

I read someplace that you can do this if you spritz your stamp with rubbing alcohol after coloring it. I haven't tried it. I'd think that if you used a bit of glycerin to clean your stamp after that would keep the rubber moist to prevent the dry out from using alcohol.

Nancy (directmailscrapper) had a shoebox project at palooza two years ago that we used that technique. I think we spritzed them alcohol before stamping but I can't remember. They really came out pretty though. I bet you could spritz with colorless blender solution too if you had the giant refill.
