I am sooo impressed. I was having a problem with paypal. The credit card I had out there from the last time had expired--I had a lot of trouble updating it. (what else is new). I received an email that said they were going to try again in 2 days. After trying long enough to get frustrated, I clicked on the email addy to the admins that was in the paypal msg. Within 10 minutes I had an answer. They helped me with some tips and a paypal addy to use and it worked. Then they followed up with me the next day to say they saw it worked. My faith is restored in them. :cute:

I too had a positive experience. I had paid before my due date, and I didn't realize that I was set up for automatic withdrawal,so I paid twice. Once I notified the host, I got a quick reponse back and a refund of the overcharge.

This happened to me too! I just contacted admin, perhaps I'm automatic renewal, but i don't really remember. Will I get a refund? I really can't afford the extra $12 right now! The economy and drop in gas prices has hit us really hard in South Texas and my bank account is hurting like never before!

Wow... while I was busy playing games... the stamp shack was busy fixing my problem!!! Thanks for the refund!!! Now I can buy at least 1 rubber stamp!!! Haven't bought one in months due to financial distress!!!
