Computer Spam???

So...I have no idea what happened to emails yesterday.
Was it from the Stamp Shack, or from my AOL....who knows about this stuff?
I had probably 100 emails from 'Mailer Daemon' from people I had never sent emails to.
Some were Shackies, and others were not.
My Comcast email was not affected.
I sent all to Spam and deleted them.
After a bit, they just automatically arrived into the Spam folder.
Nothing today...so hopefully, all is back to normal.
I'm sorry...I just don't know about all this stuff...I find it most annoying that people get such a kick out of doing it.
Why can't we all just get along!!!!!!!:cute:

Joanie, I think your Yahoo account may have been hacked, That's where the shackie updates group emails come from. It actually isn't anything to do with the Shack server as far as I can see. you might want to go to yahoo and change your password, that may help. I hope you can sort it out. and I hope you have a really good virus protection program

Joanie, if it is any consolation...the email spam that I received from the yahoo thingy was not from you. It was labeled as being from Joan (DesertStamper). So I don't know anything about yours being hacked into or affected in any way, but it appears that Joan's may have been. I received two from what appeared to be from her, but I deleted them knowing that something was not right about them.
