I need to get the scoop on these cute necklaces. Is it regular washers you buy in the hardware department, then paint & stamp on them?

They are fender washers that you get at Home Depot. You can either use alcohol inks or what I do is take patterned paper, punch out a circle and then punch out a tiny circle in the middle. Glue and use glaze. I also stamp on white paper, color it and then punch out the circles and glue on washer. Easy peasy.
