3/4 cup sugar (can use splenda)
3 Tablespoon corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups fresh blueberries (thaw & drain well if using frozen)
1 recipe for 9 inch double pie crust (I use pilsbury brand refrigerated)
1 tablespoon butter, cut up
Mix sugar,corn starch, salt,cinnamon and berries together, place in pie plate with bottom crust in it. dot the butter on the berry mixture. place top crust on and pinch to seal edges.
cut a few slices in top crust to vent. bake at 410 for 45 minutes.
