It makes really neat backgrounds. I am going to try this today (after school clothes shopping with Nicholas!)

TFS, Sherri.
If I ever find my work surface again, I may have to give this a 'go!'

Thats very cool! You can also add a few drops to a container of water and the alcohol inks stay at the top then you pick up the color with your paper. Its a lighter look, but still neat. You can do it with the smooch stuff in the nail polish looking bottles too.

I didn't do a video, but tim has one. I taught this in my alcohol inks class. Just be sure you have ventilation in the room you're working in. We had lots of alcohol ink rolling around with all that propellant from the canned air. It can make you light headed. Here's a link to my ATCs in the gallery (http://stamp-shack.com/photopost/showphoto.php?photo=21117&ppuser=75)that I made with the technique.

I have never seen canned air- where would I look for it? I am thinking maybe a computer store. Is that the stuff they clean out computer fans with?

Yes Sarah a computer store or if you have an everything store like our Walmarts look in the office section. I'm sure you could order online too.
