How long do they take to answer/investigate a Support Ticket Claim?
I filled out two and one I had as Medium Priority when I thought something was off with the site, then I filed another one stating HIGH when I found out I renewed and was considered only a Junior Member? I can't post on a lot of threads and see many of the other features like gallery stuff/templates, etc. It is making me sad... lol. I don't post often, but I do lurk a lot!:daydreaming:

well then, I would say put in a ton of tickets and wait for a mod..I am not the most pateint of shackies..lol
