ok, so I am in Christie's glossy accents swap.. I knew what I wanted to do, did it, I have aLeenes paper glaze..I know I have made stuff shiny with this before. but after two coats nothing!!! does this stuff go bad? it made my images stiff, but not shiny, adn it's all i have. any ideas? tips? will watered down glue work? crap..

I've only used this product a few times. I didn't have any problems, but it's been awhile.

well i used it right..it just didn't work. I wonder if that stuff gets old. If i can't get to a store soon to get some glossy accents, I'll use clear nail polish

Could you use a clear nail polish? would that work?

I've used glossy accents, not the arleene's stuff that you mentioned. I never had a problem with it drying up. I don't use it very often, but when I do it still works.

It used to dry shiny, now it doesn't, maybe it is past it's shelf life..sigh

Well, what a pickle! I'm betting if you use the stuff you have and then coat it with clear polish it might be just fine.......what a bummer that it went bad like that!
