Chat Room Problems

Everytime I go to the chat room I can post one to two messages and then my computer freezes. What am I doing wrong? Thank in Advance, Heather

Do you have the latest version of FlashPlayer for your browser? This may be the problem. If not get the FlashPlayer here (http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&promoid=BIOW)
