I think I maintained this week which was hard but I really watched what I ate while we were in FL. I had alot of salads for lunches.

So ... how is everyone doing????

Sherri, I'm glad you posted this thread today. The scale all week had been reading that I was 5lbs over then where I should be. Well today it was normal-5lbs less. How does that happen? I had been skiing, and working out too. I was getting really bummed. So, it has to be the scale. Bad scale. I'm going skiing again today. Ladies day for $20.00! Kim

I also want to come skiing! Skiing is a funny word with the two "i"'s in a row.

I lost 2 lbs this past week. I had been stuck for a couple of weeks. I had wanted to loose 10 before visiting my Dad's next week, but alas no. I mean unless I loose another 8 in one week and I doubt that will happen. But I'm happy to be seeing the scale going down again. I never loose more than 2 lbs in one week.

I'm hanging in there. I haven't stepped on the scale since last week. I feel like I've stalled a bit but I'm still trying to stay on track.

I hopped on the scale this morning and it didn't move up or down since I weighed 2 wks ago. I am absolutely thrilled about that!!!! I did alot of swimming and worked out on the eliptical in the gym as much as possible. I also took a yoga class. I ate all the good food, but was careful about it....It worked. So, I'm back at it this morning.

I lost 1 ound this week.
I wish it were more but it's better than gaining!

Well I started weight watchers again!! And this week I am down 2 pounds but for the first two weeks I lost nothing. I have been going to gym and working with a trainer and he said Muscle ways more than fat so I am chalking up the first two weeks to that!

I weighed in today and was down 2.2...SO Excited! So, I'm down a total of 5.6 for the year:) I have been a slacker abour going to aerobics, but watching portions and journaling must be working! Tonight I promised my friend to get to Jazzercise w/ her!

that makes 14 lbs since 1/2/07!!!!
I didn't move to lose today(I was busy stamping), and so I have to make up the difference tomorrow!

I just posted my update in another thread....but I am down another 4.8 pounds for a total of 38 now since October 22nd.
