Hey, ladies....
I am bummed.
I just am not losing like I want to.
I have looked high and low for the veggie soup recipe from week #1. My week #1 was years ago, so don't know where I put that recipe.
If anyone can send it to me, I'd appreciate it. You can email it or post it here.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, Joanie, I have no idea. Does weight watchers have an online place for recipes?

Here ya go:

2/3 cup sliced carrot
1/2 cup diced onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 cups fat free broth (beef, chicken, or vegetable)
1 1/2 cups diced green cabbage
1/2 cup green beans
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced zucchini

In large saucepan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, saute carrot, onion, and garlic over low heat until softened (about 5 mins).

Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer about 15 mins.

Add zucchini and heat 3-4 mins.

Sherry, thanks so much for the soup recipe. I joined WW on Tuesday, and the lady said the recipe was in book 1, but I couldn't find it. She also said that WW changed their material in December, so maybe they left it out? Anyway, thanks again.

Sherri -flipflops- shared this with us on PC over a year ago too. It is really good and very easy to make- bonus! I do without the cabbage though and usually add more green beans and sometimes some frozen corn too.

If any of you ladies get stuck on recipes WW online has a recipe builder section. You can put in any recipe that you have like your Grandma sauce recipe and it will give you the points. I love it! I put in my dinner recipe every night so I know how many points I am going to have.
