What's up with the swaps?

So, I clicked on swaps today to look at the swaps I'm in/hosting and 2 swaps fell off of my list. They are due in a month or more. Did they disappear because the hostesses aren't members anymore?

Hi Heather,

They disappeared because the hostess decided that she no longer wanted to be a member of our website and she emailed me and asked me to remove the swaps for her. I assumed that she had emailed all of the participants to let them know that she was cancelling the swaps but, umm, I guess not! Please accept my apologies!!

If this happens again, I will personally contact everyone in the member's swap before removing it.
