A couple of people said they posted a new swap but I don't see it listed on the swap board. Is there another place I should be looking?

If it fills it goes to the bottom section and I think you have to click that header to see them. :)

After they've filled up (and if you didn't get in) you can find them under "Full Swaps". I've had that happen to me today too!
